Set in its own large private secluded grounds, the property offers spacious accommodation inside and outside, with excellent facilities. A long drive gives parking for many cars and the huge gardens offer a heated Swimming Pool, a patio area and a new Jacuzzi for eight people. So, this really is the perfect Party House, finished off with large screen TV’s with the full SKY TV package and super-fast WiFi. The property is down a long country lane, about a 10-minute drive from Bournemouth centre, so this venue is very private and peaceful with no nosey neighbours to disturb your holiday time. There are lovely views from every window to add to your joyous holiday break. Inside the property, there is a solid classic and cosy feel, with plenty of room to spread out between the Kitchen, Lounge and Sun Lounge, where there is a Dining Table for 24 guests.

Fortis House is ideal large family gatherings or well-behaved Stag and Hen Parties and the whole accommodation is flexible to suit most needs. There are plenty of facilities, including large fridge freezers, and a utility room Upstairs. Follow the winding gallery staircase and you will find a spacious landing with the five bedrooms, with one ensuite bathroom and two other family bathrooms. There is a good mix of double beds, singles and bunk beds.
